Since opening WLHC, almost 7 years ago, we've been impressed by our members weight loss each week and surprised when they tell us they did not use their Rx (say they forgot to take it others didn't have RX when they needed it, etc.
We observed excellent weight loss, by following The Whole Health 2-step Plan, so frequently without RX, we decided to offer new members a chance to see how much they can lose before starting RX. When weight loss becomes simple and natural you might find you do not need medication We all benefit with support, support , accountability , friends etc . We felt offering this as a two-for-one would make weight loss not only simple but fun!

Question NURTURE: Nurture is what we are taught, the opposite of biological.Examples (1) 'it is bad to eat when you FEEL hungry' if it is after 5:00 PM. or if it is in between mealtime (2) 'Sugar is bad' (3) 'salt is bad'. This advice we call O.P.S. (other people's suggestions) .
This advice usually is;
(1) a very broad statement or generalization (sugar is bad, salt is bad)
(2) given without any explanation (why is sugar bad ? why is salt bad ? )
(3) impossible to learn who originated this suggestion, Who first told you salt & sugar are bad)
(4) lacks specifics (is every type of sugar bad (cane sugar, brown sugar , natural sugar, etc)? Is any amount of sugar bad? is a small amount okay? Is a 'dash' as bad as as a 1/2 cup ?
(6) how can you prove sugar & salt are bad when glucose and sodium are very important nutrients a deficiency in either can cause medical conditions)
And most often O.P.S . Is benefiting somebody else:
(7) a substitute is now available for you to purchase (sugar became 'bad', the same time a sugar substitute called Sweet & Low came on the market, remember When eggs were bad how popular egg whites became?, if salt is so bad why do people buy Pedialyte & Gatorade)

Foods found in the frozen food section have lower sodium salt content than most other Foods in the supermarket. . Salt lowers freezing temperature and thus most sodium must be removed from Frozen Foods to avoid defrosting
Did you know that fruits and vegetables have more nutritional value when they are in season than any other time of the year. Fruits and vegetables in the frozen food section are Frozen only when in season , but fruits and vegetables in produce section may have been picked in season or they have been picked out of season (when they are not as nutritious).
Have you lost weight on a diet which required you eat only ketos or grapefruits or cabbage soup or chicken and broccoli? When you stopped eating only cabbage soup, did you regain your lost weight? We Believe if weight loss to be sustainable you must have many options and choices of what to eat. Most supermarkets have over 50 different meals in their frozen food sections for you to choose from. We encourage you to try different foods each week and add your favorites to your grocery list .
The price of a frozen meal is often less than half of the price of cooking the meal from scratch.
Frozen meals allow us to stock up on our favorite meals weeks before enjoying them for dinner and you will never be missing an ingredient or short of something the recipe requires when you enjoy a frozen meal.
another convenience of Frozen prepared meals is not having to wait long to eat when you are feeling hungry.
When we cook from recipes we often have leftovers of foods required in the recipe, when enjoying frozen meal leftovers are rare so you do not feel badly about wasting food or throwing away leftovers nor adding more calories to a recipe.
Now that you each of you are eating what you are in the mood to eat , frozen meals allow for each family member to eat what they like (without having to prepare two or three different dinners) .
