Your first appointment will be scheduled with a medical provider (M.D., P.A., N.P.) who will review your medical history, BMI & weight loss history, current medications, obtain your accurate height & weight, assist you in choosing your first 3 goal weights, review the medical & personal benefits to expect with your first 10% weight loss & will describe The Whole Health Plan, identify your unique 3-N.H.H. (3 Naturally Hungriest Hours) & 2,000 of your most typical O.P.S. calories (Other People's Suggestions). O.P.S is the most common reason we consume excess calories & become overweight). Together, we will review different types of Bariatric Medications (8+ bariatric Rx prescriptions available), how they work, most common side effects, etc. You will receive medication for week #1 & week #2, with specific directions & an understanding of why the specific times suggested
Use, risks, side effects and alternatives will also be reviewed. Multi- vitamin vitamins, Lip-B vitamins & PRN medications are also available,
